These terms cover your use of the Forge4Biz website at https://forge4biz.co.uk (the "website"), including the "Chat with us" assistant. Please read them before using the website.
1. Who we are
Forge4Biz is a trading name of Flevanta Origins Ltd. The website is operated by Flevanta Origins Ltd. Flevanta Origins Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 17519128), with its registered office at 67 Tower Road, Felixstowe, England, IP11 7PR. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Flevanta Origins Ltd.

2. Accepting these terms
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
3. What this website is for
The website gives information about Forge4Biz and our development portfolio of business software, such as Forge4Finance, Requests360, Forge4Build, Forge4Fleet, Forge4List, Forge4Care and Forge4People. It lets you explore fictional demonstrations, register your interest and send us enquiries. Forge4Biz products are development projects: no sales, subscriptions, paid pilots, customer onboarding, consultancy or accounting services are currently offered. Forge4Biz products are not yet sold. (Flevanta Origins Ltd, which runs Forge4Biz, has started trading through its ONEPING app, which is in soft launch.)
- Demonstrations are demonstrations. Demos and previews linked from the website use fictional or made-up data. They show ideas in development and may change, break or be withdrawn. Please don't enter real personal or business information into them.
- Launch dates are plans. Any launch or opening dates we mention are planned and may change.
- No contract by browsing or enquiring. Browsing the website, registering interest, using the chat or sending us an enquiry does not create a contract for any product or service, and does not oblige you or us to enter into one. If we later set up Forge4Biz Chat or another product for your business, separate written terms will apply.
- Separate terms for products. If you use or subscribe to one of our apps or services, its own terms apply to that use (for example, ONEPING has its own terms at https://oneping.flevantaorigins.co.uk/terms). If those terms conflict with these, the product's terms apply to that product.
- Information on the website is general information only. It is not professional, financial, legal or accounting advice.
4. Using the chat assistant
The website has a "Chat with us" assistant, run by us using our Forge4Biz Chat service.
- How the chat works. The chat gives automated answers taken from the frequently asked questions and other content we have saved for this website. It does not currently use AI. We may use AI to help answer questions in future; if we do, we will update these terms and tell you in the chat before it is used.
- Answers may be wrong or out of date. Automated answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, so please check anything important with us directly.
- Not advice. Nothing in the chat is professional, financial, legal or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or a binding promise.
- Don't share sensitive information. Please don't enter passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Messages are stored. We keep the messages you type, the replies and related technical information. If you choose to leave a message or request a call, we also keep the contact details you give us so we can get back to you. Our privacy notice explains how: https://forge4biz.co.uk/privacy/
- Use it fairly. Don't use the chat to send spam, abusive or unlawful content, or to try to break, overload or misuse it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, the chat service or any connected system;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or carry out attacks such as denial of service;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the website in bulk by automated means, except as ordinary search engines do;
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation;
- use the website or chat to send unsolicited marketing.
We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, product names (such as Forge4Biz and the Forge4 product names) and software, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use or to consider working with us. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, adapt or republish them without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, including our own product demos and third-party sites. Third-party sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse that site.
8. Availability and changes to the website
We aim to keep the website and chat available, but we don't guarantee they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, chat or demos at any time, for example for maintenance, security or as products develop.
9. Our liability
- What we don't exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
- If you are a consumer. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example, that digital content is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and your right to a repair or compensation if digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill). We provide the website for domestic and private use, so we are not responsible to you for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you used the website, or for any business losses (such as loss of profit, business, business opportunity or revenue).
- If you are a business. This paragraph applies only if you use the website in the course of a business, and not if you are a consumer. To the extent the law allows, and subject to the reasonableness requirement in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations about the website and its content, and we are not liable for any loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, the chat or the demos.
- Free information and demos. The website, chat and demos are provided free of charge and for information and demonstration only. You should not rely on them for business, financial or other decisions without checking with us.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Flevanta Origins Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC276310). 11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check this page whenever you use the website. The version in force when you use the website applies.
12. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the part of the UK where you live.
13. Prices and VAT
Flevanta Origins Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. Any prices for paid products are set out in that product's own terms or pricing page.
